Although I didn’t get New Leaf due to the lack of a 3DS, I felt inspired to re-visit my old DS version and hence - Animal Crossing for Sims 3! I take no credit for the art/images but made this for personal use and thought you guys might enjoy them too :) Please remember to install the patterns via launcher to avoid the “materializing materials” issue.

mytotalsims: A year ago I was thrilled to have 1 follower, then 2, then 50 then 100. Today I’m stunned at the number.   You guys make tumlbr so much fun.  You make me laugh and sometimes cry.  You give me hugs and help me when my game breaks.  I love you guys so much. So here’s what I did.  Because I loved the movie and the book The Girl with The Pearl Earring, I decided that I wanted that art work in my game.  I hope you do too.   Here are three pictures by artist  Johannes Vermeer. I thought they might go perfectly in your Dragon Valley abodes. Each picture frame has three different paintings and  the frames are recolourable. brntwaffles: 2000+ followers gift! (crazy, but seriously I love every single one of my followers) Originally only for me, I decided to share these because they gravitated so far from the original. At first, this was a simple edit of my last eyes, that came out to be a whole different take on the ts2 originals. Besides the new two-toned effect, they also have a different scelera (from ms93’s flightless eyes) and the light reflection on the correct side (according to the ts2 originals) The name Arienette comes from Phobia’s recolor of the Sarhra Eyes on GOS, since I used the specific green Arienette eyes in order to get the greatest dimension possible in the transition from ts2 to ts3. When I saw Ross Tamlin’s artwork for Joy Division, I thought it would make a damn fine wall set for one of my Simmeh’s studio loft.
Well, I was right. ^_^
I got a bit enthused and made a few more because these are pretty cool looking. Hope you likey! :)

Try these walls using patterns to give different textures (medium gray color looks best, but CASt away to your liking). ;p
